Q:
How do I make a ski or snowboard reservation at Ski N’ See?
A:
Simply click on the online reservations button. Reservations for
equipment can be made for any Ski N’ See rental shop for
your Utah ski vacation dates.
Q:
Can my travel agent make my ski or snowboard reservation for me?
A:
No problem. As long as your travel agent has all the necessary
information we need to reserve you ski or snowboard, they can
reserve your equipment in your name. If your travel agent needs
more information, they can contact us directly by email or phone
at 1-800-722-3685.
Q:
When can I make reservations?
A:
You may reserve online at your convenience, at any time. If you
prefer to speak with a real, live person, please call 1-800-722-3685,
from 8am – 8pm, any day of the week. Please phone, fax or
e-mail us during our regular business hours at least 24 hours
prior to your pick-up date.
Q:
If we get in early can we pick up our equipment the night before?
A:
Yes, as long as the previous renter has returned the equipment
and the shop personnel have tuned it. If you are certain your
arrival time - on the day before your first ski day - is prior
to our shop closing, you are welcome to make your reservation
for pick up at anytime after 4:00pm at no additional cost.
Q:
Can I pick up my skis at one location and store them at another?
A:
Yes, any Ski N’ See shop will store your (Ski N’ See
rented) equipment for you.
Q:
I’m reserving for someone else. What if I don’t have
all the information, like shoe size?
A: We want you to have the best vacation possible, and we try
to select the right equipment so that you won't be disappointed.
During busy times it’s especially important to have complete
information on all your rentals before you place your reservation,
so we can reserve specific equipment for your specific needs.
Q:
Do you rent helmets?
A: Yes, we carry helmets for rental or purchase in all our shops
including junior sizes.
Q:
What if I rent ski equipment, but decide to try snowboarding for
a day or two?
A: Way to go! We have one of the largest inventories so we’ll
probably have a snowboard available for you. Just bring in your
skis and we’ll have you riding in no time.
Q:
The airline lost my bags. Can I rent ski and snowboard clothing?
A: Hey, it happens! We offer parkas, pants, helmets and boots,
so you don’t have to miss a minute of your vacation. Call
your nearest Ski N’ See store, and we’ll set you up.
Q:
If I don’t like my skis the first day, can I come back?
A: Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with every
piece of equipment you rent.
Q:
I want to specifically reserve a specific demo ski or snowboard.
Can I do that?
A: We will make every effort to give you the type of demo equipment
that you request, however if we do not have that type available
we’ll be sure that you get a ski of comparable quality.
On the other hand, if you have reserved a particular ski, you
can also take a different ski on the day. Talk to our ski techs
– they can help you out.
Q:
Do you offer a senior citizens, airline or military discount?
A: We sure do! We offer senior citizens, airline or members of
the military a 25% discount off our low daily rental rates.
Q:
Does Ski N’ Ski sell discounted lift tickets?

our the Salt Lake Valley shops. Discount lift tickets are NOT
sold at either Park City location. We have discount lift tickets

Q:
What length snowboard should I rent?
A: Typically you want the board length to fall somewhere between
your sternum and your nose. The longer the board the more stability,
the shorter the board the more maneuverability. Our certified,
trained technicians will set you up on the best board for you.
Q:
Do you carry freestyle, freeride, and twintips?
A: Do we ever! Superpipe, quarterpipe, wall ride or kickers –
we’ve got the gear you want to ride it on. Call us at 1-800-722-3685
to check availability and to reserve your ski or snowboard. (We
can recommend the best terrain for you to check out, too!)
