Ski ‘N See More, with Two New Shops

Ski ‘N See Ski Shops is excited to announce the addition of two more ski and snowboard shops, complimenting its growing convenience across the Wasatch Front.

“We can’t have a ski shop in every neighborhood, so we try to be strategic about placing shops that are either at or en route to Utah’s major ski resorts,” says Ski ‘N See Owner Roy Ostendorf. “Our goal is to create customer value through convenience, selection, and great service.”

One shop is located at 1844 East Fort Union Boulevard in Midvale, heading toward the mouth of the Cottonwood Canyons. This “Cottonwood” ARCS Ski & Board shop is farther east than Ski ‘N See’s current Midvale location and will be even more convenient for people living along the east bench, as well as the hotels serving Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird.

The second new location – “Southtowne” ARCS – is at 45 West 10600 South, just off of Interstate-15; providing convenience to skiers coming from the west side of I-15, Draper, and areas farther south, as well as the complex of hotels in Sandy serving ski visitors.Arcs 106th - Storefront

The new additions give Ski ‘N See the opportunity to take advantage of search engine optimization and alphabetical listings by using the company’s sister-shop name ARCS Ski & Board.

“Ski ‘N See was created in 1987, well before the internet or the need for your company name to be so descriptive of what is offered inside your doors,” adds Ostendorf. “Ski ‘N See is near the bottom of the alphabet, but we don’t want to abandon the name completely. These new shops give us the chance to grow while taking the internet into account.”

Ski ‘N See already has two ARCS Ski & Board shops at Park City Mountain Resort and in Silver Lake at Deer Valley.

The new ARCS Ski & Board shops opened October 29th, featuring the same high quality ski and snowboard rental gear, wide selection of equipment and winter clothing for sale, the convenience of pick up and drop off at any Ski ‘N See-owned shop, the same commitment to the community, and the same great service the company is known for. And as always, Ski ‘N See customers can conveniently pick up and drop off their gear at any Ski ‘N See, ARCS, or Skis On Wheels location at no extra charge.

Ski ‘N See’s 25th anniversary is next fall. To learn more about Ski ‘N See, visit www.skiNsee.com
