Comments: Good morning RidersIt’s another sunny day on the mountain with solid mid-winter conditions. We’re holding at a 40” base, and groomed runs are riding well across the hill, making for consistent, predictable turns from top to bottom.Today’s weather stays comfortable with sunny skies, a high near 32°, and a low of 24°. A west wind around 6 mph will be present, but overall conditions remain calm and pleasant for a full day on snow.We have 8 lifts open and 53 runs available today. Grooming and snowmaking operations are ongoing, and ski patrol is actively preparing terrain as we work toward additional openings. Snowmaking efforts continue in the Strawberry region, with progress updates to come throughout the week.With firm, groomed conditions in place, now’s a great time to focus on technique. Comments: Gooooood morning Snowbird! It’s Owen, with today’s snow report.Did you like the conditions yesterday? Or the day before that? Good news! Today will be pretty much the same, with sunny skies and a high around 35°. The groomers are groomed, and the off-piste stuff is still skiing well. Winds may pick up around mid-day. Today is a great day to get that vert in. I do, however, think that it’s also a great day to start getting weird again and go do whatever snow rituals you’ve got to bring us some snow.That’s the snow report and if you don’t like it, too bad. I’ll be here all season. Except for Fridays and Saturdays. I have those days off.#GMTB

Comments: You guessed it—more sunshine! Temperatures will start out in the low-20s in the morning and rise into the low-30s in the afternoon. Expect clear skies and high vibes. This week we have been experiencing warm temperatures during the day with hard refreezes overnight. Expect fast and firm snow conditions when cruising the trails. Keep an eye out for icy spots on ridgelines and high traffic areas. Please check your speed and keep an eye out for other guests. As the sun warms the trails, take a lap on Main Street or Sunshine Bowl for softer snow. Conditions in Honeycomb Canyon are variable, including icy sections and thin coverage in some spots. Woodlawn makes a great “scenic drive” for advanced skiers. There’s plenty of fun in the sun to be had on the mountain, so have a terrific Tuesday!
