Full-Time Rental Warehouse Lead

As the Rental Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for warehouse organization, receiving of rental gear, distribution of rental gear to the stores in a timely manner, tuning and light repairs to skis and snowboards
Major Duties:
- Receives rental gear into the warehouse, appropriately utilizing inventory management software.
- Tag and correctly send rental gear to the assigned store or location.
- Helps to load and unload vans to distribute rental and retail gear.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security and safety procedures and protocols.
- Maintains physical condition and organization of the warehouse.
- Tunes and repairs skis and snowboards as needed
Schedule:
- Schedule: 30-50 hour work week – weekends and evenings required as necessary.
- Hours per week depend upon receiving schedules.
- Position works at the warehouse daily.
- Typical week is Monday through Friday.
- Weekends as needed
- Occasional store visits and/or travel with drivers for training purposes.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License with no recent moving violations.
- Previous experience with receiving or general warehouse labor is preferred.
- Competent in the use of the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Reading, writing, math and communication skills are required.
- Must maintain a high level of organization and the ability to finish tasks efficiently once started.
- Must possess strong communication skills.
- Looking for a self-starter who has excellent prioritization skills.
- Ability to think tactfully and help to implement change in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm combined with a drive for constant improvement.
- Proven ability to independently meet deadlines.
- Ability to use small hand tools for tuning
- Confidence to drive large van and box truck if needed
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for several hours.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Frequent lifting and moving of merchandise or other inventory.
- Vision to read detailed instructions and labels, distance and color vision, peripheral and depth perception.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions
Work will be performed in a warehouse environment.
Pay/Benefits:
- $16.00-$17.50/Hr
